Bu metin, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'nun (KVKK) 10. maddesi ve Aydınlatma Yükümlülüğünün Yerine Getirilmesinde Uyulacak Usul ve Esaslar Hakkında Tebliğ uyarınca, web sitemizi ziyaret eden ilgili kişileri bilgilendirmek için hazırlanmıştır.
1. Veri sorumlusunun kimliği
KVKK m.3/1-ı uyarınca veri sorumlusu, kişisel verilerin işleme amaçlarını ve vasıtalarını belirleyen, veri kayıt sisteminin kurulmasından ve yönetilmesinden sorumlu olan gerçek veya tüzel kişidir. Bu site bakımından veri sorumlusu:
- Unvan
- Adres
- Başvuru e-postası
- KEP adresi
- MERSİS numarası
- Ticaret sicil numarası
2. İşlenen kişisel veri kategorileri
Sitede üyelik, hesap açma veya form doldurma yoktur. Ad, soyad, T.C. kimlik numarası, doğum tarihi, telefon veya adres bilgisi talep edilmemektedir. İşlenen veriler şunlarla sınırlıdır:
- İşlem güvenliği bilgileri: IP adresi, erişim tarih ve saati, talep edilen adres (URL), HTTP durum kodu, aktarılan veri boyutu, tarayıcı ve işletim sistemi bilgisi (user-agent), varsa yönlendiren adres.
- Pazarlama / ölçümleme bilgileri: yalnızca açık rıza verdiğinizde; kısaltılmış IP adresi, gezinme hareketleri, sayfada kalma süresi, cihaz ve tarayıcı türü, ülke/şehir düzeyinde konum ve ölçümleme hizmetlerinin ürettiği rastgele tanımlayıcılar.
- İşlem güvenliği bilgileri (hata kayıtları): tarayıcınızda bir arıza oluştuğunda hata mesajı, hatanın oluştuğu dosya/satır, sayfa yolu ve kaba tarayıcı adı. IP adresi bu kayıtlara yazılmaz ve veri üçüncü tarafa aktarılmaz.
- İletişim bilgileri: sitede yayımlanan adreslere e-posta gönderdiğinizde e-posta adresiniz ve mesaj içeriğiniz.
Dil, hareket ve imleç tercihleriniz ile çerez kararınız yalnızca kendi cihazınızda (tarayıcı yerel deposunda) tutulur; sunucularımıza gönderilmez ve tarafımızca işlenmez.
KVKK m.6 anlamında özel nitelikli kişisel veri işlenmemektedir.
3. İşleme amaçları
- Bilgi güvenliği süreçlerinin yürütülmesi ve sitenin kötüye kullanımının önlenmesi.
- Sitedeki teknik arızaların tespiti ve giderilmesi (hata kayıtları).
- Faaliyetlerin mevzuata uygun yürütülmesi.
- Talep ve şikâyetlerin takibi ile iletişim faaliyetlerinin yürütülmesi.
- Açık rıza vermeniz hâlinde, reklam / kampanya / tanıtım süreçlerinin ve ziyaretçi analizinin yürütülmesi.
- Yetkili kişi, kurum ve kuruluşlara bilgi verilmesi (yalnızca kanunen zorunlu hâllerde).
4. Hukuki sebepler ve toplama yöntemi
Kişisel verileriniz, siteyi ziyaretiniz sırasında tamamen otomatik yollarla, elektronik ortamda (web sunucusu kayıtları, tarayıcı istekleri ve — rıza vermeniz hâlinde — ölçümleme betikleri aracılığıyla) toplanır.

5. Aktarım
5.1. Yurt içi aktarım (m.8)
Verileriniz; sunucu barındırma hizmeti aldığımız tedarikçilere veri işleyen sıfatıyla ve kanunen yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarına talep hâlinde aktarılabilir.
5.2. Yurt dışına aktarım (m.9)
Ölçümleme için açık rıza vermeniz hâlinde Google ve Meta hizmetleri üzerinden verilerin yurt dışındaki sunuculara (başta ABD olmak üzere) aktarılması söz konusu olur. Bu aktarım KVKK m.9 kapsamında açık rızanıza dayanır. Rıza vermezseniz bu aktarım hiç gerçekleşmez. Rızanızı dilediğiniz an Çerez Politikası sayfasındaki düğmeyle geri alabilirsiniz.
6. Saklama süreleri
- İşlem güvenliği kayıtları: en fazla 12 ay; ilgili mevzuat daha uzun bir süre öngörüyorsa o süre.
- Otomatik engelleme kayıtları: engelin süresi ve en fazla 30 gün.
- Ölçümleme verileri: Google tarafında azami 14 ay; Meta tarafında Meta'nın politikası uyarınca.
- Hata kayıtları: arıza giderilene kadar, en fazla 12 ay.
- E-posta yazışmaları: yazışmanın kapanmasından itibaren 2 yıl.
Süre sonunda veriler, Kişisel Verilerin Silinmesi, Yok Edilmesi veya Anonim Hâle Getirilmesi Hakkında Yönetmelik uyarınca silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hâle getirilir.
7. Çocuklara ilişkin özel not
Site içeriği çocuklara hitap etse de site, çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamak üzere tasarlanmamıştır. Bilerek çocuk verisi toplamıyor, çocuklara yönelik davranışsal reklam yapmıyor ve çocuk profili oluşturmuyoruz. Ölçümleme onayının ebeveyn veya vasi tarafından verilmesini bekliyoruz. Bir çocuğa ait kişisel verinin rızası olmaksızın işlendiğini düşünüyorsanız aşağıdaki başvuru usulüyle bize bildirin; gerekli doğrulamanın ardından gecikmeksizin sileriz.
8. İlgili kişinin hakları (KVKK m.11)
Veri sorumlusuna başvurarak şu haklarınızı kullanabilirsiniz:
- Kişisel verinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme.
- İşlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme.
- İşlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme.
- Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında verinin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme.
- Eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme.
- KVKK m.7'deki şartlar çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme.
- Düzeltme, silme ve yok etme işlemlerinin verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme.
- Münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme.
- Kanuna aykırı işleme sebebiyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme.
9. Başvuru usulü
Haklarınızı kullanmak için "Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ" uyarınca aşağıdaki yollardan biriyle başvurabilirsiniz. Başvurunuzda ad-soyad, imza (yazılı başvuruda), T.C. kimlik numarası (yabancılar için uyruk ve pasaport numarası), tebligata esas adres, varsa e-posta ve telefon ile talebin konusu yer almalıdır.
- Yazılı olarak: ıslak imzalı dilekçenizi yukarıdaki adrese elden veya noter aracılığıyla iletebilirsiniz.
- KEP ile: kayıtlı elektronik posta adresinizden yukarıdaki KEP adresine (belirtilmişse) gönderebilirsiniz.
- Güvenli elektronik imza / mobil imza ile: imzalı başvurunuzu başvuru e-posta adresimize iletebilirsiniz.
- Daha önce bildirdiğiniz e-posta adresinden: sistemimizde kayıtlı bir e-posta adresiniz varsa o adresten başvuru e-postamıza yazabilirsiniz.
Başvurunuz en kısa sürede ve en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılır. İşlemin ayrıca bir maliyet gerektirmesi hâlinde Kurul'ca belirlenen tarifedeki ücret alınabilir. Kimliğinizi doğrulamak için ek bilgi isteyebiliriz; bu, verilerinizin yetkisiz kişilere açıklanmaması içindir.
Başvurunuzun reddedilmesi, verilen cevabı yetersiz bulmanız veya süresinde cevap verilmemesi hâlinde; cevabı öğrendiğiniz tarihten itibaren 30 gün ve her hâlde başvuru tarihinden itibaren 60 gün içinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.
10. Güncellemeler
Mevzuat değişikliği veya süreçlerimizdeki değişiklik hâlinde bu metni güncelleriz; güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır.

KVKK Information Notice

This notice is provided under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and the related Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform. It explains how we handle the personal data of visitors to this website.
1. Identity of the data controller
Under KVKK Art. 3, the data controller is the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing and is responsible for establishing and managing the data filing system. For this website that is:
- Legal name
- Address
- Application email
- Registered e-mail (KEP)
- MERSIS number
- Trade registry number
2. Categories of personal data processed
There is no membership, account creation or form on this site. We never ask for your name, national ID number, date of birth, phone number or address. Processing is limited to:
- Transaction security data: IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, HTTP status code, transferred size, browser and operating system (user agent) and the referrer if present.
- Marketing / analytics data: only where you give explicit consent; truncated IP address, navigation behaviour, time on page, device and browser type, country/city level location and random identifiers generated by the analytics services.
- Transaction security data (error reports): when something breaks in your browser — the error message, the file/line where it happened, the page path and a coarse browser name. No IP address is written to these records and the data is not transferred to third parties.
- Contact data: your email address and message content when you write to the addresses published on the site.
Your language, motion and cursor preferences, and your cookie decision, are kept on your device only (browser local storage); they are never sent to our servers and are not processed by us.
No special categories of personal data within the meaning of KVKK Art. 6 are processed.
3. Purposes of processing
- Carrying out information security processes and preventing misuse of the site.
- Detecting and fixing technical faults on the site (error reports).
- Conducting activities in compliance with legislation.
- Following up requests and complaints and carrying out communication activities.
- Where you consent, running advertising, campaign and promotion processes and visitor analysis.
- Informing authorised persons, institutions and organisations, only where legally required.
4. Legal grounds and collection method
Your personal data is collected entirely by automated means, electronically during your visit — through web server logs, browser requests and, if you consent, analytics scripts.

5. Transfers
5.1. Domestic transfers (Art. 8)
Your data may be transferred to our hosting suppliers acting as data processors and, upon request, to public institutions authorised by law.
5.2. Transfers abroad (Art. 9)
If you give explicit consent for analytics, data may be transferred through Google and Meta services to servers abroad, primarily in the United States. Under KVKK Art. 9 this transfer relies on your explicit consent. If you do not consent, no such transfer occurs. You may withdraw consent at any time using the button on the Cookie Policy page.
6. Retention periods
- Transaction security logs: up to 12 months, or longer where legislation requires it.
- Automatic blocking records: the duration of the block plus at most 30 days.
- Analytics data: at most 14 months at Google; at Meta per Meta's own policy.
- Error reports: until the fault is fixed, at most 12 months.
- Email correspondence: 2 years after the matter is closed.
At the end of these periods data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in line with the Regulation on Deletion, Destruction or Anonymisation of Personal Data.
7. Note on children
Although the content speaks to children, the site is not designed to collect personal data from children. We do not knowingly collect children's data, serve behavioural advertising to children or build profiles of children. We expect the analytics consent to be given by a parent or guardian. If you believe a child's personal data has been processed without consent, tell us using the application route below and we will delete it without undue delay once verified.
8. Data subject rights (KVKK Art. 11)
By applying to the data controller you may exercise the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed.
- Request information if it has been processed.
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly.
- Know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom the data is transferred.
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
- Request deletion or destruction under the conditions in KVKK Art. 7.
- Request that corrections and deletions be notified to third parties who received the data.
- Object to an adverse outcome produced solely by automated analysis.
- Claim compensation for damage suffered as a result of unlawful processing.
9. How to apply
To exercise your rights, apply through one of the routes below in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Your application must include your full name, signature (for written applications), Turkish ID number (nationality and passport number for foreign nationals), address for notification, email and phone if any, and the subject of your request.
- In writing: deliver a wet-signed petition to the address above in person or through a notary.
- By KEP: send it from your registered electronic mail address to our KEP address, where one is given above.
- With a secure electronic or mobile signature: send your signed application to our application email address.
- From an email address you previously notified to us: if we already hold an email address of yours, you may write from it to our application address.
We conclude applications as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, free of charge. If the process incurs an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Board may be charged. We may ask for extra information to verify your identity, so that your data is never disclosed to unauthorised persons.
If your application is rejected, the response is insufficient, or no response arrives in time, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning the response and, in any case, within 60 days of the application date.
10. Updates
We update this notice when legislation or our processes change; the current version is always published on this page.
