Gizlilik Politikası

Bu site 0-6 yaş çocuklara ve ailelerine yönelik bir animasyon filmini tanıtır. Amacımız mümkün olan en az veriyi işlemek. Bu politika, hangi verileri hangi sebeple işlediğimizi, kimlerle paylaştığımızı ve haklarınızı sade bir dille anlatır.

1. Veri sorumlusu kimdir?

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) anlamında veri sorumlusu, Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) anlamında controller aşağıdaki tüzel kişidir:

2. Hangi verileri işliyoruz?

Bu sitede üyelik yok, hesap yok, iletişim formu yok. Size ad, yaş, telefon veya adres sormuyoruz. İşlenen veriler yalnızca şunlardır:

2.1. Tarayıcınızda kalan tercihleriniz

Dil seçiminiz, "hareketi azalt" ve imleç tercihiniz ile çerez kararınız yalnızca kendi cihazınızda saklanır. Bu bilgiler sunucularımıza gönderilmez, bizim tarafımızdan okunamaz. Ayrıntılı liste için Çerez Politikası sayfasına bakın.

2.2. Sunucu kayıtları (log)

Siteyi ziyaret ettiğinizde web sunucumuz teknik bir kayıt tutar: IP adresiniz, tarih ve saat, istediğiniz sayfanın adresi, HTTP durum kodu, veri boyutu, tarayıcı ve işletim sistemi bilgisi (user-agent) ve varsa yönlendiren adres. Bu kayıtları reklam veya profilleme için kullanmıyoruz; amaç sitenin ayakta kalması ve kötüye kullanımın (bot saldırısı, kaba kuvvet giriş denemesi) engellenmesidir. Aşırı istek gönderen ya da yönetim paneline başarısız giriş deneyen IP adresleri otomatik olarak geçici süreyle engellenir.

2.3. İsteğe bağlı ölçümleme

Siteyi nasıl geliştireceğimizi anlamak için Google Analytics 4 ve Meta Pixel kullanmak isteriz. Bunlar yalnızca siz açıkça onay verirseniz yüklenir. Onay vermediğiniz sürece bu hizmetlerin betikleri sayfaya hiç eklenmez ve tarayıcınızdan bu şirketlere hiçbir istek gitmez. Onay verirseniz işlenen veriler: kısaltılmış IP adresi, ziyaret edilen sayfalar, sitede geçirilen süre, cihaz ve tarayıcı türü, yaklaşık konum (ülke/şehir düzeyinde) ve bu hizmetlerin oluşturduğu rastgele bir tanımlayıcıdır.

2.4. Bize e-posta yazarsanız

Sitede yayımlanan adreslere yazdığınızda e-posta adresiniz ve mesajınızın içeriği yalnızca sorunuzu yanıtlamak için işlenir.

2.5. Hata kayıtları

Sitede bir teknik arıza oluştuğunda (bir düğme çalışmaz, bir görsel yüklenmez) tarayıcınız bize kısa bir hata raporu gönderir: hata mesajı, hatanın oluştuğu dosya ve satır, bulunduğunuz sayfanın yolu ve kaba tarayıcı adı (ör. "Chrome"). Bu rapor kendi sunucumuza gider; üçüncü bir şirkete iletilmez.

Bu kayıtlarda IP adresiniz saklanmaz, adres çubuğundaki sorgu dizesi (?...) kırpılır, çerez kullanılmaz ve sizi tanımlayacak hiçbir bilgi tutulmaz — aynı hatayı yaşayan iki ziyaretçi ayırt edilemez. Amaç yalnızca arızayı görüp düzeltmektir; sayfa başına en fazla beş rapor gönderilir. Yönetim panelinden tamamen kapatılabilir.

2.6. Fragman videosu

Fragman YouTube'un gizlilik korumalı gömme adresi (youtube-nocookie.com) üzerinden yayınlanır. Videoyu oynatmadığınız sürece YouTube tarafında çerez oluşmaz; oynattığınızda Google'ın kendi gizlilik politikası devreye girer.

İşlemediğimiz veriler: Hassas kişisel veri (sağlık, din, biyometri vb.) toplamıyoruz. Hassas konum verisi kullanmıyoruz. Kişisel verilerinizi satmıyoruz. Hakkınızda hukuki sonuç doğuran otomatik karar almıyor, profilleme yapmıyoruz.

Meşru menfaate dayandığımız hâllerde menfaat dengesi testi yaptık: işlenen veri asgari düzeydedir, kimlik tespiti amacı taşımaz ve sitenin güvenliği için gereklidir. Bu işlemeye itiraz etme hakkınız saklıdır (bkz. bölüm 9).

4. Çocukların gizliliği

Site içeriği çocuklara hitap eder; ancak site çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamak üzere tasarlanmamıştır. Bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamıyor, çocuklara yönelik davranışsal reklam yapmıyor ve çocuk profili oluşturmuyoruz. Bilet satın alma gibi işlemler yetişkinlere yöneliktir ve harici sağlayıcıda gerçekleşir.

Ölçümleme onayı ekranda çıktığında bu kararın ebeveyn ya da vasi tarafından verilmesini bekliyoruz. GDPR m.8 uyarınca çocuğun rızasına dayanan bir bilgi toplumu hizmeti sunmuyoruz. Çocuğunuza ait bir verinin bize ulaştığını düşünüyorsanız aşağıdaki adresten bize yazın; doğrulamanın ardından gecikmeksizin sileriz.

5. Çerezler ve benzeri teknolojiler

Sitenin kendisi çerez oluşturmaz; tercihleri tarayıcınızın yerel deposunda tutar. Ölçümleme çerezleri yalnızca onayınızla oluşur. Adı, amacı ve süresiyle tam liste, onayınızı geri alma yöntemiyle birlikte Çerez Politikası sayfasındadır.

6. Verileri kimlerle paylaşıyoruz?

Kişisel verilerinizi satmıyoruz. Veriler yalnızca şu taraflara ulaşabilir:

Barındırma (hosting) sağlayıcımız — sunucuların çalıştırılması için; veri işleyen sıfatıyla.
Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — Google Analytics 4, yalnızca onayınız varsa.
Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — Meta Pixel, yalnızca onayınız varsa.
Google (YouTube) — fragmanı oynattığınızda.
Yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşları — yalnızca kanunen zorunlu hâllerde ve talebin hukuka uygunluğunu inceledikten sonra.

Veri işleyenlerle, verilerin yalnızca talimatımız doğrultusunda işlenmesini öngören sözleşmeler yapılır (GDPR m.28).

7. Yurt dışına aktarım

Google ve Meta hizmetleri, verilerin Türkiye ve Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı dışına — başta Amerika Birleşik Devletleri olmak üzere — aktarılmasına yol açabilir. Bu aktarımlar, GDPR bakımından Avrupa Komisyonu'nun standart sözleşme hükümleri ve/veya AB-ABD Veri Gizliliği Çerçevesi (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) kapsamındaki yeterlilik kararına dayanır. KVKK bakımından aktarım, ölçümleme için verdiğiniz açık rızaya dayanır; onay vermediğinizde bu aktarım hiç gerçekleşmez.

8. Ne kadar süreyle saklıyoruz?

9. Haklarınız ve nasıl kullanacağınız

KVKK m.11 ve GDPR m.15-22 uyarınca şu haklara sahipsiniz:

Kişisel verinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme ve işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme.
İşlemenin amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme.
Verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme.
Eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme.
Şartları oluştuğunda silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme (unutulma hakkı).
İşlemenin sınırlandırılmasını isteme.
Verilerinizi yapılandırılmış, yaygın kullanılan bir biçimde alma ve başka bir sorumluya aktarma (taşınabilirlik).
Meşru menfaate dayalı işlemeye itiraz etme.
Verdiğiniz rızayı dilediğiniz an geri alma — geri alma, o ana kadarki işlemenin hukuka uygunluğunu etkilemez.
Münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuç doğmasına itiraz etme.
Hukuka aykırı işleme sebebiyle zararınızın giderilmesini talep etme.

Ölçümleme onayınızı, hiçbir gerekçe göstermeden ve verdiğiniz kadar kolay biçimde, Çerez Politikası sayfasındaki düğmeyle geri alabilirsiniz.

Diğer talepleriniz için yukarıdaki e-posta adresine yazmanız yeterlidir. Başvurunuzu en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırırız. Kimliğinizi doğrulamak için ek bilgi isteyebiliriz; bu, verilerinizin başkasına açıklanmaması içindir. Cevabımızı yetersiz bulursanız Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na, Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı'nda ise bulunduğunuz ülkenin veri koruma denetim makamına şikâyette bulunma hakkınız vardır.

10. Güvenlik önlemlerimiz

Tüm trafik HTTPS ile şifrelenir; modern TLS sürümleri zorunludur.
Yönetim paneline erişim parola ile korunur ve başarısız giriş denemeleri kayda alınıp hız sınırına tabi tutulur.
Aşırı istek gönderen adresler otomatik olarak geçici süre engellenir.
Sunucu bileşenleri güncel tutulur; veritabanı yalnızca uygulama ağından erişilebilir.
Yedekler düzenli alınır ve erişimi sınırlıdır.
Verilere erişim, işini yapmak için gereken kişilerle sınırlıdır.

Hiçbir internet hizmeti mutlak güvenlik vaat edemez; bir güvenlik açığı fark ederseniz lütfen bize bildirin.

11. Bu politikadaki değişiklikler

Politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Değişiklik olduğunda bu sayfadaki "Son güncelleme" tarihi yenilenir. Önemli değişikliklerde ana sayfada ayrıca duyuru yaparız. Ölçümleme kapsamı genişlerse onayınız yeniden istenir.

Privacy Policy

This website promotes an animated film made for children aged 0-6 and their families. Our aim is to process as little data as possible. This policy explains, in plain language, what we process, why, who we share it with, and what rights you have.

1. Who is the controller?

The controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) is:

2. What data do we process?

There are no accounts, no sign-ups and no contact forms on this site. We never ask for your name, age, phone number or address. We process only:

2.1. Preferences stored in your browser

Your language choice, reduced-motion and cursor settings and your cookie decision are stored on your own device only. They are never sent to our servers and we cannot read them. See the Cookie Policy for the full list.

2.2. Server logs

When you visit, our web server records technical information: your IP address, date and time, the requested path, the HTTP status code, response size, browser and operating system (user agent) and the referring address if any. We never use these logs for advertising or profiling; they exist to keep the site running and to stop abuse such as bot attacks and brute-force login attempts. Addresses that flood the site or repeatedly fail admin logins are blocked automatically and temporarily.

2.3. Optional analytics

We would like to use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to understand how to improve the site. They load only if you explicitly consent. Until you do, their scripts are never added to the page and your browser sends nothing to those companies. If you consent, the data processed includes a truncated IP address, pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, approximate location (country/city level) and a random identifier created by those services.

2.4. If you email us

If you write to the addresses published on the site, your email address and the content of your message are processed solely to answer you.

2.5. Error reports

When something breaks on the site (a button fails, an image will not load), your browser sends us a short error report: the error message, the file and line where it happened, the path of the page you were on, and a coarse browser name (e.g. "Chrome"). The report goes to our own server; it is never passed to a third company.

These records contain no IP address, the query string (?...) is stripped, no cookie is used and nothing that could identify you is kept — two visitors hitting the same bug cannot be told apart. The purpose is only to see the fault and fix it; at most five reports are sent per page. It can be switched off entirely from the admin panel.

2.6. The trailer video

The trailer is embedded through YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com). No YouTube cookies are set unless you press play; once you do, Google's own privacy policy applies.

What we do not process: we collect no special-category data (health, religion, biometrics and so on), we do not use precise location data, we never sell personal data, and we make no automated decisions and build no profiles that produce legal effects for you.

Where we rely on legitimate interests we carried out a balancing test: the data is minimal, is not used to identify you, and is necessary to keep the site secure. You retain the right to object (see section 9).

4. Children's privacy

The content speaks to children, but the site is not designed to collect personal data from children. We do not knowingly collect data from children, we do not serve behavioural advertising to children and we do not build profiles of children. Actions such as buying tickets are aimed at adults and take place at an external provider.

When the analytics consent banner appears, we expect a parent or guardian to make that decision. We do not offer an information society service that relies on a child's consent under GDPR Art. 8. If you believe data about your child has reached us, please write to the address below and we will delete it without undue delay once verified.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The site itself sets no cookies; it keeps preferences in your browser's local storage. Analytics cookies are created only with your consent. The full list — with names, purposes and lifetimes, plus how to withdraw consent — is on the Cookie Policy page.

We do not sell your personal data. It may reach only:

Our hosting provider — to run the servers, acting as a processor.
Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — Google Analytics 4, only with your consent.
Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — Meta Pixel, only with your consent.
Google (YouTube) — when you play the trailer.
Competent public authorities — only where legally required, after reviewing the lawfulness of the request.

We sign agreements with processors requiring them to act only on our documented instructions (GDPR Art. 28).

7. International transfers

Google and Meta services may involve transfers outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area, primarily to the United States. Under the GDPR such transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the adequacy decision covering the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Under the KVKK the transfer relies on the explicit consent you give for analytics; if you decline, no such transfer takes place at all.

8. How long we keep data

9. Your rights and how to use them

Under GDPR Art. 15-22 and KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to:

Learn whether your data is processed and request information about it.
Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly.
Know the third parties to whom data is transferred.
Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
Have data erased where the conditions are met (right to be forgotten).
Request restriction of processing.
Receive your data in a structured, commonly used format and transmit it elsewhere (portability).
Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Withdraw consent at any time — withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
Object to a decision produced solely by automated analysis that has an adverse effect on you.
Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You can withdraw analytics consent — without giving a reason and as easily as you gave it — using the button on the Cookie Policy page.

For any other request, simply write to the email address above. We answer within 30 days at the latest and free of charge. We may ask for extra information to verify your identity, so that we never disclose your data to somebody else. The formal Turkish application routes and their requirements are set out on the KVKK Information Notice page.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board or, in the European Economic Area, to the supervisory authority of your country.

10. Security measures

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS; modern TLS versions are enforced.
The admin panel is password protected, and failed logins are logged and rate limited.
Addresses that flood the site are blocked automatically and temporarily.
Server components are kept up to date; the database is reachable only from the application network.
Backups are taken regularly and access to them is restricted.
Access to data is limited to those who need it to do their job.

No internet service can promise absolute security; if you notice a vulnerability, please tell us.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date on this page changes. For significant changes we also post a notice on the home page. If the scope of analytics expands, we will ask for your consent again.
